Need 02 Windstar radio help
 

Radio does not work, and the adjustable mirrors are not working. Checked all fuses with key in both on and off position. In the interior fuse box #19 and #25 have no power, I have replaced with good fuses I believe it is a lack of power going to the fuse slot, can anyone give me idea of a direction to look next?
Ps radio is not factory and was replaced before my purchase.
Pss sorry if this was asked before I couldn't find a post with my exact problem
