95 windstar,3.8 recently started acting upo. temp gauge and warning beep say overheat, doesnt smell warm or seem overly hot when stopped. Replaced thermo no solution, did notice fans not running. I jumped motors they work. Any thoughts by others that it may be a relay or? I'm lookin for relay but dont know where it is and what it should look like.HELP

Yep the fans gotta work, If you got a 2 fan system one should come on as soon as you turn the AC on , As for the controller I'am not sure where they put them. You should be able to go to any of the chain auto parts store an they can either tell you , Or let you look it up in a service manuel if they have one for your model vechile
