Problem with power PCM relay
 

Hi,
I from Europe and have problem with windstar 95 3.8. Problem is still broke fuse S under hood in fuse box.. When I escape PCM relay the fuse is ok, so I check seat PCM power relay and find where switch the relay in one side is 12V and opossite is ground. When I put 12v from acumulator I hear fuel pump and I can star car, but the wire fire...
Where wire goes to which I have grounded?
