Default 3rd cylinder misfire

Have a 1998 E 150 with 230000 miles. When its cold <35 degrees F. it runs great. Once it gets warmer than 40 degrees it seems to sputter and set off the engine light. 3Rd cylinder misfire. Checked plug and wire. Have run carb cleaner several times. Help would be appreciated.

You might run a comp. test to make sure that you don't have a bigger issue. and also check your vac. lines to make sure you don't have a leak. it has been known to have a bad head gasket with the country's rapid temp changes it could have a weak gasket

Cylinders are around 150 psi. Can't find any vac. leaks. Thanks
