Need to change my rear axle from my 97 ecoline

here in europe it is not easy to get another rearaxle from the same year .

and i need to change the ABS censor because they all have differnt ratio ..

If someone can give me advise what to do ..at the moment i can get from yunkyard one rear axle from 2005 .but than i have to change the censor or motormanagment ? or i can get a 96 rear axle and iam not sure if this wil fit too ..VIN of the car is 1fMEE1163vhb49930..

Whats the reason for the needed axle change? Bearing/leak issue? or damaged?

 

The rearaxle makes loud noise inside the center ..

Your needing to change the rear differential. Why not just rebuild the original? Could be just bearing issues. If the ring/pinion are ok, could get out of it pretty cheap with a bearing kit..
