'91 Exploder hard to shift after warming up.
It shifts fine when it's cold, as in been siting for a while, very smooth and feels as it should. However as it warms up it becomes increasingly hard to get into gear, especiall from a dead stop, hard to get into any gear. And even shifting gear to gear while going is a pain.
Feels like clutch is not fully releasing as you can be at a stop, clutch depressed while in gear and you will be crawling forward.
New clutch just over 10k ago, new slave and clutch line, and clutch pedal has completely normal feel to it, as in it has a definite engagement point.
Any ideas?

it deinfately sounds like a clutch issue...im aifraid that i dont know enough about ford clutches to be able to tell you whats wrong....when you had the clutch replaced, did a shop do it? did they offer any warranty?

well, Iam going to say its sucking air ,,,,After it sits over nite the air bubble bleeds up , an you get full travel,,, After you press the pedal a few times its drawing some air back in , not letting you get a full stroke,,, less then a 1/4 " of travel will prevent it from going in gear !!!!
