I wanted to ask a question too. I was looking at an electric fan and it says it has a manual thermo., does this mean i have to adjust it every time the weather changes?

No. They usually come one of two ways; temperature controlled or switch controlled. The temperature controlled ones have a wiring kit to tell the fan to come one when the vehicle reaches a certain running temperature. The switch controlled ones have a manual switch that you need to flip when you want it on, otherwise they can be wired to come on when the vehicle is started.
