Truck randomly won't start
I have an 08 F150. Every once in awhile, my truck has power but will not turn over. If I wait about 30 minutes it will start fine. I have replace the battery, starter, and starter relay. Anyone have any suggestions?

Intermittent electrical problems can take you for a real ride.
There are a few possibles among which could be ,
Battery cables, ign switch, security system.
The security system could have it's own problem or there could be a problem with the coded key. So for a starting point , see if it happens when you us your other coded key.
You should have 2 coded keys.
What I usually try is to set up a visual means to see if I am getting power to the relay at the time it will not turn over. You can use an ordinary test lite to do this. If you get no signal at the relay that could be caused by any of the above mentioned items.
Also make a note of just what the theft lamp is doing at the time it will not crank over. Let us know what you get and we can go from there.

Keys
I actually just tried using the other key. Still no results. When I turn the key to on I have power, but when I turn it the rest of the way i still have power to my dash and stereo instead of it going blank like normal. Thank you for your help.

I would suspect a problem with the linkage from the key tumbler on down to the ign switch on the steering column, or a problem with the ign switch itself. You will need to remove any covering on the steering column lower part or the panel under the dash that covers the area over the pedals so you can see if the rod is moving the ign switch. Once there you should be able to see what is going on.
If the rod isn't moving then there may be a problem with the gear that engages with the rack on the rod that is moved when you turn the key tumbler.
If you need the vehicle to get parts you might be able to jump the relay that activates the starter solenoid and with the key in the on position getting the starter to operate may allow the engine to start. You always have to remember to do this with the shift lever in park position only.
