2001 f-250 truck bed size
Can I put an 8' bed on a 2001 f-250 that now has a 6' 3/4 bed? And if not, what other years are interchangeable?

Welcome to the site..
The frame would be too short to support an 8' bed.
99 up should be interchangeable, 'somewhat', but body trim /T gates, as well as lighting, electrical connectors and fueling points/config tend to change in the later years.. Couple years newer would be fine, and probably at a lower cost over a 'take off' or bed from a dismantler etc
