I just read all the posts I could find on chipping a o5 60L powerstroke truck with a programer and there seems to be quite a disagreement on what this mod can do to the trucks engine plus and minus. All the posts were from 06 and there is no new ones . My question has anyone installed a programer on there 05 f-350 60L lately and are they safer today than it sounded like they were in 06. which would be the best for my truck for a little more power when towing and better mileage on every day use .Thanks for the help.
