Is the water pump on a festiva hard to change???
and when i change it, do i need to change anything else ????

It might depend I imagine on the year of car but you must take off the timing belt (might as well replace it too when re-assembling) and drain the radiator, etc. Also may want to check motor mount isn'tin the way - if so prop engine on jack, stand or both and remove mount.
