Has anyone ever had the dealer install the ambient interior light kit in their car/truck? I am referring to the one that has 7 different color selections. Some upper end Ford models have it as standard equipment (aside from the Fiesta, which even has it on the SE model, which seems odd), while other models and trims only have it as a dealer installed option. I am wondering how close to the same is it compared to the factory installed kit and if the dealer installs, what all modifications do they have to perform?
