FM reception problems
We recently purchased an '03 Mercury Sable with the stock AM/FM receiver with CD player. I can not find an antenna plug or cable going to it so, I am ***uming it is part of the rectangle plug. If I am wrong, someone correct me. Anyways, the FM reception really sucks! My favorite stations come in but, continually fade in and out. Any other vehicle, these stations come in loud and clear.
Anyone else here experience this problem? How can I get better reception besides replacing the antenna and radio? The antenna is on the rear fender so, I really don't want that hassle.
