Customer Service
A lot of people complain about Ford customer service, it's about to get a lot worse. Ford is closing all U.S. based customer service centers and moving to Mexico. This starts in July. All departments are getting layed off. This move will be complete in November.

where do you see this? can you link me please. Ive worked at ford for 3 years now and I have yet to hear about this.
