460 carb to fuel injection coversion
I have a '86 e350 w/ 460 engine cargo van that i would like to convert to fuel injection. I want to use it to tow my rv trailer. are there any suggestion as to the brands of fuel injection convesions available for
this ?? and what am I looking at for cost??

Hey Mel,
I'd suggest getting the EECIV fuel injection off an EFI 460. You could run it as is(ie Speed density, bank fired) or you could use a 5.0 Mustang harness,eec and MAF which will convert it to Mass Air, Sequential injection.
I'm not sure about the suitability of the EFI intake with your heads but I think your heads will be the same intake pattern.
