fuel injection heads vs non fuel injection heads

Can I replace the head on my 1991 f150 300 CI EFI with a head from a non fuel injected engine

I don't know for sure but I saw a book that lists interchangable parts for the various Ford V8 engines. You probably can find it on Amazon or ABE books.
