i have a 351m i totally overhauled it punched it out .030 new rv cam lifters rings timing gear and chain oil pump distrubutor and had it running for about 5 minutes and the oil pump locked up had to replace the oil pump shaft and pump and distrubutor again and it is now shooting flame out exhaust tried to retime it but doesnt help does anyone have any suggestions?

 

You might start from scratch and get that #1 piston up on the compression stroke and confirm timing marks , also while there verify rotor is pointing to correct cylinder. One tooth off gives some weird results.
