i have a 350 3v 2007. One day the engine just starts to run idle rough, does anyone know what could cause this.

There could be several causes, so what will help to maybe narrow it down would be some more info.

Does it do it all the time hot and or cold ? When was the last maintenance done and what was done?
Does it run the same way driving down the road ? Does it get better/worse at higher speeds ?
