what is the biggest motor i can fit in a 99 ranger? also how much work would that be if anything will fit?

the biggest that i have heard of up untill now is a 5.0 out of a mustange which was punched 3 over in a 99. but this guy was a genius when it came to this stuff. he could make anything out of anything.
