Default can someone tell me what this part is?

This part is under the dash and goes into the engine compartment. I don't know what it went to, can anyone tell what this part is and what is it's function. 59 Ford Galaxie 500 See attached pictures.

I do not see a photo but you ought to check out Dennis Carpenter Ford Car, F-100 Pickup Truck, 8N, 9N Tractor and Cushman Scooter Restoration Parts. They may be able to help you identify the item.

I put the picture on. I have found out what the part is, it's a manual foot operated windshield washer.
