Default fuel injection to carb conversion

I currently have a 1993 bronco eddie baur full size 351 5.8l it currently has fuel injection and an electronic transmission. Basically by doing this I am bypassing the onboard computer so I will need a good carb and a non electronic 4 spd transmission. I want to convert it to carb and have 2 main questions. #1: can anyone recommend a tranny? I was told that I could use a non electronic 4 spd tranny from either a late model ford f150 or a late model full size bronco. Question #2: can anyone recommend a good carb? Thanks.
