"3RD GEAR"

I Have a 98 contour se sport, 5 speed! Fun car but i am having a slight grind when going up into 3RD and only going into 3RD! Fluid levels are fine, clutch is fine so what may be the problem? If anyone has an answer or idea let me know. Thanks!
