1998 Contour fan in-op?
Just bought a 1998 Contour Gl 2.0L. The heater/A/C fan is in-op. I was going to check the fuse.
but I do not have an owners manual. Can anyone help? |

I checked the fuse and the relay, both are good. Anything else I can check?

I checked the power to the heaterfan motor itself and I am getting power to it. I assume the motor is bad. Does anyone know how to remove it? I do not see any screwson the motorto remove it?

Blower Motor
Removal 1. Remove the pushpins for the upper footwell trim panel on the passenger side and remove it. [IMG]local://upfiles/6756/4402B8F5BDEE4093800488C77CED33A6.jpg[/IMG] 2.Remove the blower motor. Disconnect the electrical connector. Lift the securing tab slightly. Turn the blower motor approx. 30° counterclockwise and remove it. Check for 12v and an applied ground for blower function/operation before replacement
