i have a 2000 contour and wont shift out of park. all 3 break lights do not work(left, right and window light). i've been told the nuetral saftey switch is bad(but the car starts) or the switch under break pedal is bad or the shifter lock selenoid is bad. i took whole middle consol out and dont know where to start or what to test for power. and of course blinkers, hazzard lights and tail lights work.
