Pretty strong and steady oil leak. Got the car up on stands to locate the source from underneath as I couldn't find any signs from the top.. I cleaned around the back of the block and oil pan, started it up and watched for a source, and this is what I found. I don't know what this piece is, or does, but it seems to be the culprit. Any information on this particular leak would be appreciated I need to fix it ASAP.

The piece in question is the black L shaped plastic in the center of the image.
