I've got a 2001 Crown Victoria with the Cruise steering wheel, but I don't have any cruise control. When pressing the 'On' button nothing comes on on the instrument cluster. I've bypassed the brake position switch and it still didn't work.

Anyone have any ideas? I don't really want to just jump in and replace the switches without doing some tests.
