Default 2011 LCM relays

Hi everyone I am looking for help. I have a 2011 Ford Crown Vic P71 and my headlights don't work all the time. I am looking for relays to replace on my LCM. Could anyone tell me the part numbers I need as I'm from Canada and can't find them in the USA in ship over here. Any help would be great. Stay safe.

I assume you mean the low beams do not work, but the high beams, turn signals, marker lights do work, correct?
If this is the case there is a recall for this issue that your local ford dealer will do if your in the US, I dont know how recalls work in Canada though.
There is a internal LCM relay that the solder connections break and the low beams stop working, I know there is a aftermarket bypass for this but I cannot say how good it is.
If you want there are youtube videos about opening the module up and soldering this relay back so it works correctly, There are remanufactured modules you can buy as well where someone has already soldered the relay back in place.

Yes, recall for LCM still available from Ford dealers in Canada. I had mine replaced by Ford in 2017 but now acting up again. I found a used one and installed a new relay for a few bucks. I have two other spares.
