89 ignition lock cylinder

The ignition lock cylinder froze up and anyone know what is involved to put a new one in.

is it just the tumbler? if its just the tumbler that you can change easy but if its everything else you will have to get a new collom

Its the tumbler and if it was not locked up it would have been easy to replace but I had to drill it and tear it apart to get it out,I did not tear up the part it goes in so it wont be a expensive repair.
