98 Ford CV Poor performance

I have a 98 ford cv has very poor acceleration no take off power could this be due to transmission fluid not changed in 50k miles also have a p0401 and p1151 trouble code please help !

When was the last time the car was tuned up? How long since fuel filter and air filter changed? Is the transmission fluid full? Does it smell burnt?
