I have a 99 crown vic pi and the instrument cluster-all gauges and speedo-just quit. Instrument lites work,blinkers work,battery lite works,seat belt lite works,ect. Checked all fuses-all good. Checked all grounds-all good, changed out instrument cluster-complete-still same. anybody have any suggestions?
