Default Air Suspension Conversion

We have a 1994 Grand Marquis.
Air suspension has been making noise in the rear.
My wife had a flat tire in the rear when she was at a friends. The neighbor offered to change it for her.
He did not flip the air ride switch. She made it home but she said it was very difficult. 2 hours after she got home I found the car totally deflated on the rear.

1) did jacking the car up w/o fliping the sitch damage some thing.
2) Is it time to convert to coil springs?
I watched this vide. From Strutmasters.
Their springs are $149.
Auto zone has these for only $57
Duralast/Coil Spring - Rear (RCS849V) | 1994 Mercury Grand Marquis 8 Cylinders W 4.6L SFI | AutoZone.com
What else would I need for a coil spring conversion.

Any help appreciated.
