I recently bought a p71 crown Vic. Upon removing everything that makes it a “police car” I found this black box behind the grille. I’m curious what it is? Is it for the loudspeaker for talking outside or the speaker for the siren?

You never told us what year. I randomly picked 2006.

 

It’s a 2011. It’s got something related to a siren on it as well but not sure if it’s for the loudspeaker as well

 

My alldata only covers up to 2007 sorry no diagram or info on that. If it's for siren there should be two high and low.
