Drivers window goes down but not up on my 98 P71
My front driver window goes down but not up.
Near as I can figure, the issue is a snapped cable or pulley inside the door panel. The window regulator (motor) turns and seems to be fine.
Is it possible to replace the cable without putting in a new regulator motor?
