I just purchased a 2006 grand marquis. Wondering how I find the original factory code for the key pad on the door so I can reset a personal code. I thought you could do it without but can not find in the directions to do so without the factory code. thanks for any help.

Guess is that you have, but checked for the white code card in the owners guide/folder?

If not there the only place the code 'may' be would be on the DDM. Drivers door module behind the door trim panel.. Otherwise you'd need to have the code pulled with a scan tool...
