miss on 2 & 4

miss on 2 & 4
99 CV with 170k miles. CEL comes on shows miss on 2 & 4. New coil packs, boots & plugs. Ran smooth until on expressway and same thing. No indication of bad head gasket--no antfreeze in oil etc. Any ideas? Thanks for any assistance.
