Spark Plug Disaster
So i blew my #3 sparkplug out of the head and it has lead to a rabbit hole of issues. So two weeks ago i blew a sparkplug out of the head and the ordered a Ford rethread kit. No big deal easy fix. But the old plug got stuck in the head so had to take down upper half of engine. Down to heads didnt need to remove heads.
All went well with repair until i went to start car now it is knocking on the #7 cylinder. Atleast where sound appears to be comming from. Not sure what it can be valve? Fuel injector issues Or somthing else? Any suggestions will help and guild the fix.
Thanks in advance

it blew the spark plug out of #3 now #7 has what almost sounds like a lifter problem but i was never in that side of engine.
If you draw a pix of the cyl numbers, you will note # 3 and #7 are exactly opposite and something from #3 may have found a way to #7. It won't be the first time foreign material went to the other side of the engine , especially if fed by the same manifold runner..
To isolate the #7 cyl , safely and correctly, you will need to remove the coil from the #7 cyl and MUST ,provide a path for the spark from that coil, to go to ground so you don't ruin the PCM and that cyl will misfire. If the noise lessens , something got between the top of the #7 piston and the head .
If noise is the same, you may have some dirt with one of the lifters as you suspect.
