Just Bought a, 1993 E150 5.0L V8 - For $300

Alternator not charging -
I had Advance auto parts test it from the Battery.
they said there is nothing coming from the Alternator and I should be getting a Little Charge from there, even if it was bad...

they said check the Alt connection & Fuse's

1. Could this be a Fuse ?
2. under the dash ?
3. under the Hood ?

Also my Dash gauges don't work:: Gas / Amp's / Oil / Temp / -

Could this be connected to the same Problem ?
