Default 1998 e150 sway bar bushing removal

The bar is off the van and I cant get the bushings to come out of thefront axle.
Is there a recommended tool to remove them?
Thanks, Adam

If the bar is off and they're not bolted-on or riveted-on types (and not being reused) then a screwdriver or little pry bar and pliers should pull it out. Use the screwdriver to loosen the rubber from around the edges. Then grab a piece and pull. This will not work if it's bolted or riveted THROUGH the rubber.
