Question 1998 E350 basic model questions

Brand new member here. Please forgive me if I am asking "dumb" questions, but I am extremely frustrated by not being able to get clear answers from other Internet sources, so I have turned here for help.

I own a 1998 Ford E-350 Club Wagon XLT with a 6.8L V10 engine, VIN 1FBSS31S8WHA90940. For part compatibility purposes, I'm trying to determine if my van is an XLT or XLT HD model. I'm also trying to determine if it has a 4R100 or E40D transmission (Ford apparently changed Econoline transmissions about the time that my van was made in 02/98, and I have seen conflicting information about this). VIN lookup sites that I have used have not helped to answer these questions, and information I have read about interpreting the door jamb sticker has also been not entirely clear, or conflicts from one site to another.

I have included a photo of the door jamb sticker. Codes that I'm guessing may be helpful from the sticker: Axle: 34 TR: E SPR: LS

Thanks for taking the time to read this. I would be grateful for any help in answering these questions.

Looking at the VIN information available from this site I am seeing much greater detail than other VIN lookup services provided, including several "HD" descriptors, so I'm guessing that I have an XLT HD model (but would still like to confirm this). Still not sure about the transmission type, either.

Thanks. That's what I'm seeing from a majority of sources (but not all) so that's what I'll assume for now.
