Default 2006 E350 superduty van transmission leak

Hi. New to the forum and not very mechanically inclined, but I thought it possible I may be able to fix my vans issue with some advice. My van is not holding transmission fluid whatsoever and leaking from a wobbly bolt when I add it. I will add some pics. I need advice on the name of that bolt/ area that needs repaired, if itself is the actual problem. I should add that bolt is free spinning as if the top of the bolt isn't actually connected to the shaft of the bolt, making it impossible to loosen/tighten.

I appreciate any and all advice as attempt to fix this issue. Thanks again.

That's the trans case vent. The cap is supposed to be loose.
How many miles on the trans, and OD/Tow Haul lamp flashing?

I was told the transmission was new from 1-2 years. Bought the van roughly 4-5 months ago. The vehicle has 250+ miles. The transmission light is on and the od light will come on/flash if I try to drive

An overfilled transmission will send fluid out the vent.
