Default Looking for local mechanic

I live in the Cleveland Ohio area and I’m looking for a tech that has experience with the 4.6 motors. Around a month ago my 98 E-150 started to have a knock in the engine. I’ve tried to narrow it down but it’s quite hard to tell (especially being inexperienced in the trade) if it is top or bottom end. I would say it sounds more top end but it may just be wishful thinking. It is consistent with RPMs and seems to get slightly better when fully warmed up. When driving down the road you can barely hear it. You mainly hear it at accelerating through first gear and it slowly seems to go away with increased speed. I’m looking for someone that may be interested in going through the troubleshooting procedures to diagnose the issue. Video is available upon request
