I had a new windshield installed about 2 years ago at the most. The wind noise has gotten worse it seems like. Driving down the freeway is obnoxious inside. I’m thinking I need to remove the front rubber windshield seal and check if the windshield glue or whatever it’s called isn’t seperated and leaking or allowing wind in. The floor is never wet. How do I remove this rubber seal, and can I reuse it or do I need to buy a new one?

 

Something you might consider , take your vehicle back to who did the windshield, if possible, why ?

If you don't have the proper tools and experience, you could wind up eating the price for another windshield replacement.

There may be a minimum charge to correct the problem, but nothing like replacing what was a good windshield.
