'86 e-350 Driver Side Window Regulator?

Trying to find any place or OEM window regulators that would fit an 1986 e-350 5.8 liter. Power windows.

Or if anyone has successfully flipped the window over to a manual if I cant find a new regulator. Any help is appreciated.

Some salvage yards have the info as to what parts are the same as newer years. Might be a good idea to check with a few.
