I jumped started my van and it wouldn't turn over, then we charged it with 12v still no turn over. replaced the solenoid and nothing. sprayed either into the t.b. and the starter seems like it's stuck. it kept trying to turn over, but the key was turned off. I took the battery post off and now i can't put it back on due to the surge of power. some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
