Default 95 Passenger Econo 5.8L Auto

Noob with some questions about a recently acquired van that I'm
converting into a camper.

The left indicator works but the light on the dashboard indicating
a signal does not. The right indicator works as well as the light
on the dashboard.

1. Is this a blown fuse? or a short?

I have the correct fuel line filter and bought the install tool and
when installing I opened the fuel tank to release pressure the tool
wouldn't take the lines off. I actually broke the cheap tool.

2. What I am doing wrong?

The heater blows warm air, not cold, at the vent and defrost but
when set to floor I can't feel any air movement.

3. Is this a vacuum line problem? or need to replace the thermostat?

There are two captain chairs I want to sell.
4. Is $150 each a reasonable price to ask?

5. Does anyone know of a cheap place to get a chrome bumper with step
in the LA, CA area? Cheap being less than the online price of $350.

6. Anyone know where I can get a swivel for the front passenger's
captain's chair cheap? It is electric.

Thanks for any helpful posts.
