Hi,

I own a 1996 E150 that is a conversion by The Imperial Auto Group (now out of business)

I purchased the van used and I love it but I only have one alarm key fob. I know that the keyless entry/alarm is aftermarket but I don't know how I go about obtaining a "backup" or second fob. I'm afraid that if the one that I have were to fail or be lost, I couldn't start the van.

Any suggestions? Can I just purchase a Ford Alarm fob from ebay and try to program it? How does something like this work?
