Hi , my airbag light is on and I called the technician, he told me the air bag module is not communication, I replace new airbag module but the airbag light stays on, it does not blinking , just staying on , I checked all fuses but they are ok, I have an OBD Scanner shows P1000 , "On-Borad Diagnostic systems Readiness test not complete",
I would appreciate any help or Idea, My Ford is 2003 Ford E350 with 277000 km on it, Thanks

 

I had the same problem when I installed a swivel pasenger seat in my 2004 E150. I cut all the wires thinking they were just for the heated seats which I didn't want. The airbag warning light came on after that. One of the cables goes to the seat belt tightening mechanism . Perhaps this wire is loose on your rig. You can trace it from the base of the seat belt receiver (right side driver's) on both seats. Good luck
