Default Bed/Floor Liner in Econoline

Hello all-
I have purchased a 2006 E350. It has a plastic liner with the fabric/fiber dampener underneath it. I have at least 3 questions:
1) How do I remove the liner(s) without destroying anything?
2) The liner is all wrinkly, mostly in the long direction. Can this be fixed? It's not the softest of plastics but it's not ready to crack either.
3) What do you recommend for a replacement? Including the dampener.
I'm sure I'll think of another question. But until then, thanks in advance! =)

Lots of options out there but I took out the oem stuff and used a Bedrug. Quick and easy.
