Default Crankshaft pulley

I'm am new here so please be gentle.
2000 E-250 5.4 engine. 165000 mi.
Just changed the easy heater hose, both idler pulleys and replaced the belt.
Drove about 50 miles round trip and shut engine off. Next day started engine and noticed no power steering. realized belt had come off.
Looking at pulley alignment this morning the crankshaft pulley is about a belt width in front of everything else.
My question. Has anyone had any experience with this problem? All I know to do is get to crankshaft pulley and see if the bolt is loose, and hopefully tight the pulley back in place.
Thanks in advance for any help.
