Cool diffeferance fwd and rwd 4.2L

I have a 99 E150 with a 4.2L that has siezed do to a longterm coolant leak from what I can find a lot of the internals of the fwd and rwd are the same what I am interested in is the engine block as there are some cheap fwd 4.2L out there. Can anyone tell what the difference is between them?

A 4.2 Essex engine is a 4.2 Essex engine. FWD or RWD they are the same. Only differences between them would be the direction that the intake and some accessories are mounted to the block. Should be lots of them out there as they were used in the the 1997-2008 F-150, E-150, E-250 and the 2004-2007 Freestar, Monterey.
